Batman operates in the Batcave, beneath Wayne Manor assisted by his butler Alfred Pennyworth. The Underbroker is a criminal in Gotham City who operates out of a bank and, “Club” which is hidden within Gotham’s sewers. As his name implies, he is a broker for criminals and super-criminals, allowing them to store their money under his care and even giving out debts.
