Although the team takes its name from the unrelated team Ultimates, which was the Ultimate Marvel version of the Avengers, it is set in the standard Marvel Universe. Ayo is a Marvel Comics character that appears in Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. She is portrayed by Florence Kasumba. Ayo is a member of the Dora Milaje, the elite team of enforcers tasked to protect T’Challa and Wakanda.
